Jose Ma. C. Baltazar is Executive Vice President of Far Eastern Surety & Insurance Company. He has previously worked for four other non-life insurance companies in the Philipines, where he all held insurance executive positions. Backed by almost 40 years of professional experience in the financial industry, he has been in the Philippine Insurance Industry since 1978 and had worked as a banker, serving as an Assistant Vice-President for Marketing in one of the major banks in the Philippines before finding his true calling as an insurance man. 

Mr. Baltazar holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from the University of California - Berkley. Peping to his friends, he admits to be a very spiritual man and is studying to eventually become a Bible preacher in his free time.

Mr. Edwin Malvar is the President and COO of Far Eastern Surety & Insurance Co., Inc. Mr. Malvar is an astute businessman of sensible means and has been a dedicated public servant as well. His experience and efforts have allowed the assembly of a capable management team whose directive is to continue to build on the legacy and solid brand of Far Eastern Surety & Insurance Co. Mr. Malvar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from De La Salle University - Manila.
