This is an insurance against risks related to navigation, transportation or any stage in the preparation for shipment to which a ship, cargo, freight, profit or other insurable interests on movable properties are involved. Protection is provided against the exposures to the perils of the sea during voyage shipment, transit of storage or preparation for a period of time.

OCEAN MARINE - cargo carried by a vessel capable of undertaking ocean voyage, whether imports or exports.

INTER-ISLAND - cargo carried by waterborne vessels within Philippine territorial waters.

INLAND MARINE - cargo carried by trucks or through railways within the Philippines.
